First thing you should do is register, if you haven't done so.

Second thing is to read the rules and guidelines, again if you haven't done so already.

Then, head over to the group page and find your guild. Click your guild name, and click the the apply button. Once that's done the leader or a mod will be able to accept it, and you name will be added to the group, and your name color will change.
