Nation Dungeons Empty Nation Dungeons

For anyone interested as to what we need in lvls to be able to complete a nation dungeon without major complications we need:

*9 - lvl 100+
*15 - lvl 90+

This is as small a group as i have heard completing the lowest nation dungeon "Pirates Ship".
